Amazing staff very helpful and most spoke English which is a big thing in Brazil. Very clean and modern hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is stylish. The breakfast was a good start to the day, with a very traditional Brazilian breakfast. The location was very good, we were walking distance from many interesting restaurants. Also walking distance from a metro station.
The best thing is the price. I was having a panic attack in São Paulo and I just wanted to be alone somewhere. So I booked the closest and cheapest hotel I could find.

There are a couple staff members who know English, and even those who don't have patience to help you with your problems and questions. For a smaller hotel is run very professionally.

Great part of São Paulo, with tons to do close by. The hotel is super trendy and the staff are easy going and attentive. The breakfast is awesome and finally, the shower gets hot If you want it to be!

Clean and modern hotel in São Paulo, location was good there are a lot of restaurants near. Hotel was practically new. Rooms are pretty and have good size.

The whole hotel is impeccably decorated, the rooms are gorgeous and very spacious, the pools and spa are beautiful and both restaurants are absolutely delicious. If you are visiting Sãeste Paulo, you must stay here.

The hotel location was excellent which is close to República or Anhangabau metro station, rooms were on the large size, great buffet breakfast and staff were very friendly despite my non-existent Brazilian Portuguese but staff made a good attempt at speaking English.
